Why packs with frames, framesheets and hip straps?

A better carry, especially at higher weights. Frames help support the load of the bag and offer pack fit customization, in that you can bend the frame to the shape of your back for a seamless fit and even load distribution across your back, or you could bend it away from your back in the middle for more ventilation. 

Framesheets transfer the shape and support of the frame across your back and prevent things inside the bag from creating pressure points at any point on your back.

Hip straps allow the load to be spread more evenly across your body so carrying weight feels more effortless.

What is your shipping policy?

All in stock items ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Warranty and Returns

At Prometheus Packs, we design things to last, and because of this, they should be something you use often. If for any reason our product does not work for your needs right out of the box, you can return the item clean and unused item for a full refund of the product cost. If your product fails in your lifetime due to defects in manufacturing, we will repair or replace it, period.

Once your return is received and checked you’ll get an email notification that we’ve issued your refund. Depending on your payment method the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
